Worth the travelling to their Garage.
I purchased a gorgeous car that i totally am in love with from Country Cars. I asked for a video as I couldnt go over myself to collect the car, and within an hour they sent it me over. Deposit was sent to make sure noone else snuffled it beforehand and arrangements made for it to be serviced and checked before being collected on that weekend. A part exchange car was taken and all ends were tided up very nicely including changing over the number plates, which was really appreciated. The Service they provided was well executed and made me feel comfortable that I had made the right choice in purchasing from their dealership.

Just bought a Mercedes C-class estate from Country Car. Nice people. Friendly service. No pressure at all. Reasonably priced. Informative. I was sent videos of the cars I was interested in beforehand. The buying process was easy. Test drive was no trouble. Before collection I was sent a reminder of all the things I needed to do, including instructions on how to tax the vehicle. Really pleased with the car so far.

All the cars we looked at were pristine and were a cut above any second hand showroom in Coventry (where we live). It was worth the drive out.

My experience with Country Car was first class from first to last; from the initial enquiry to the viewing and the hand over. Both Patrick and Gary couldn't have been more helpful. There was no pressure put on me and I was given the time I needed and the help given. I felt relaxed. It was most appreciated to be sent a video of the car before my visit including a video of the car being inspected underneath which gave me a greater idea of the condition of the car overall. I would have no hesitation in recommending Country Car and wish there were more dealers like them.

I recently purchased a Skoda from Country Car. I'm really pleased with the car and the purchasing process as a whole. The car was delivered to my door on the agreed date, despite the fact it needed a couple of maintenance bits done to it. Patrick was extremely helpful and his communication was great - he was completely honest and even contacted Skoda for me at one point to answer a question I had about the car. The car has just been for an inspection and service at a Skoda main dealer and had no issues at all. From my experience, I would highly recommend Country Car and Patrick.

I recently purchased a 3 series BMW from this dealership and from start to finish they were terrific. No pressure, friendly and helpful all the way. In truth it was an impulsive decision to take a look at the vehicle in question as I was on a long journey north to south, Warwick being somewhere in the middle of it all. however, at relatively short notice I was able to drop in and Patrick gave me a full overview of the car and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I didn't have time to test drive the car that day but I booked a slot for my return journey a couple if days later and again there was no pressure and just given the time I needed to take it for a spin. the vehicle was pretty much immaculate both inside and out and ticked every box. If you are looking for a quality vehicle from a quality dealership, with helpful and friendly folk I can fully recommend Country Car. Saw details on a Audi A5 that had just arrived with photos to follow, i phoned to get some details on car and martin was very helpful and sent me a video of the car inside and out, from this put a deposit down. Following day went to see car, everything Martin told me about the was exactly right. Took the car for a drive and was very happy with car. Martin sorted out all the paperwork, v5 / Tax / payment and i drove the car away 30 minutes later.

Bought a Mazda MX5 from County Cars, excellent service. The drivers seat was worn on the right hand back support but the garage did an excellent job of getting it repaired, looks like a new seat. She was incredibly professional & patient, despite my flurry of phone calls & emails whilst trying to ascertain whether the Lexus hybrid I was interested in was right for me. She then handed me over to Martin who handled the sale (and who kindly agreed to a part exchange with my old banger). They charged me a fair price for a decent car & I received friendly, good old fashioned service whilst making the purchase. At no stage of the process was I made to feel uncomfortable or rushed. I normally abhor the ritual of buying a car because of so many unpleasant prior experiences, but these guys left me with a happy memory. Perfect and Professional Service!
Spoke to Martin in regards to a Smart Car and was sent all details I requested straight away, I then rang a few days after this very close to closing time and was very impressed that they were happy for me to get down to them as I have tricky timings with my work.

The Smart car was exactly as described, had been thoroughly checked over and they even gave me half a tank in fuel, and was gleaming as had just been valeted. Staff at the place and Martin were very helpful and did not rush me one bit, not to mention how clean the actual premises was, could mistake it for a clinic!

Very hard to find to such dealers and would definitely recommend these guys and will also visit them again for any future purchases!

A few weeks ago I was interested in a Nissan Qashqai from this dealer, I had emailed a sales adviser called Martin, I sent a email on the Sunday evening to say I could come on Monday 12.30 to view the car he said this was fine. I work nights and got up early to travel to country cars, on my arrival, a man was outside I asked if he was Martin, he was, I said I have come for the 12.30 appointment to view the Nissan. He said it was sold 1st thing that morning. I asked why he didn't contact me to save me traveling. He said I hadn't made an appointment., but I had by email. He then said sorry a couple of times in a very sarcastic manner before walking away quickly. I didn't expect him to save the car for me but I did expect him to have the decency to phone me to cancel our appointment I contacted County Cars, they said forward all emails to them, I did that but they never got back to me. I never got to purchase a car from this dealer but having dealt with them briefly and after reading some of the reviews I am glad I didn't.

I must say, we went to a local, much larger nationwide dealership and looked at a similar Q5. The specification wasn't quite right but part of the reason we didn't purchase was down to the customer service which was virtually non-existent. It was all about the sale for the salesman and money, meeting targets for the end of the month, not about being informative and helping us made a decision.

Martin and Karen both a lovely team at Country Cars garage. Felt they had so much patience whilst I had a few things to sort my end to finalise the deal. When the deal went through I went to pick up my card and it was beautifully cleaned. Took a few minutes to finalise documents. And away we go. Felt safe as the social distancing rules are in place here. Along with hand sanitiser and masks if you don't have your own. I would return in the future for sure. From the initial enquiry, Country Cars were an extremely well oiled machine. Having bought numerous cars over the years from large dealerships and independent garages, I can honestly say my best experience was at Country Cars . From my initial enquiry through to my purchase was an absolute joy. Their website was very detailed and I had access to talk online to someone regarding the car I was interested in at 9.30pm which was an extremely useful, as it enabled me to arrange confirmation details on the vehicle for the following day. No pushy salesman, just a genuine, honest and knowledgeable person with humour, who made the whole process a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. It is a one stop shop for buying, servicing and trading in your old car. 5 stars all round.

Had a very clean experience. Faced no issues regarding the car, although it has been only a few days since I've had it. As far as purchasing the car goes, that experience had no issues for me. The dealership provided a 3 month/1000 mile limit warranty for me due to not being able to have the car serviced or MOT checked on the day. I'm yet to get it serviced myself so there is still time to see what their after-sales experience will be like.

From my initial call enquiring on the vehicle I experienced good customer service and was welcomed to view the car with no pressure. On arrival the vehicle was quite far back in the parking area but again this wasn't an issue, even on a freezing cold day. I would highly recommend this family business, there is absolutely no pressure to buy unlike large franchise garages. I purchased the vehicle and could have driven it away, but Kevin wanted to have a 12 month MOT as it only had 5 months . I collected the car only a couple of days later. I have purchased many cars over the years and usually the sales team are out for their commission. Not at Country Car, this isn't the case at all. Country Car has a fantastic range of vehicles from Minis to 4 x4, to classic sports cars. Thank you Kevin and Tom!!!

Our own car broke down beyond repair and we saw a vehicle on line the same day at Country Car that we liked. We visited Country Car the next morning, a bank holiday, we test drove the vehicle. We had a couple of niggles which Country Car were happy to rectify. We agreed on the finance deal and additional warranty. We collected the car 48 hours later after a full service had been done. They were very friendly and helpful. They gave me a competitive part exchange for my car and the overall experience was good. I was disappointed when I collected the car as it had not been fully prepped. I had two young children with me and needed to get everything done quickly. It was dark and wet, but we had to faff about putting the floor mats in and then I had to wait to de mist the front windows, which could have been done prior to my arrival. Would definitely use this dealer again, and would recommend them, but I think more could have been done at the tail end of the transaction, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

Testimonial :I fell in love with a car (No Picture at the time) advertised on a site that bought me to here. But it was one that I had set my mind on and the write up in the advert made it a must see, so I contacted them. This was on last Wednesday, only to be told a deposit had been left on it. I left my name and contact details and left them an idea as to what I was looking for. The next morning I got a call saying the depositor may well be pulling out of the deal on it. So on spec went down to have a look at the car, only to be told yes it was now still for sale and I said yes I\'ll have it. Now this was a part exchange car that they had taken in, I got a stack of history on the car it was MOT till next year and would have to say that it was the cheapest of cars on the lot. It came with a 3 Month parts and labour warranty. So I had it for a long drive the following day and did come across an issue with the car, but these guys... WoW FANTASTIC as true to their word, car straight in and I thought what would be an till the end of the week issue.... turned into a same day job done and finished. Thanks to both Kev\'s, real gentlemen and great coffee..... I will be returning for the next motor in a few weeks.

Well worth the trip!
Both me and my wife - who had to drop off our trade in car and collect our new car, as well as deal with Country Car on the phone - were treated respectfully and professionally and at no time subject to typical 'second-hand car salesmen' pressure. Also, my wife was not talked down to or patronised and we were very happy with the service we received from Kevin (new Kevin - there are now two Kevins!) as well as the other staff we encountered. We would thoroughly recommend Country Car for good quality second hand cars - indeed we travelled from South West London based on the reviews we read on them and were not disappointed.

I found the car online through auto trader and as they are local to me we went to see the car that sold itself. The sales staff accommodated an early evening test drive which was totally unrushed. On arrival made to fell welcome. Had arranged test drive in advance, so car was immediately available. Left in private to consider whether to purchase. Not put under any pressure. George was very pleasant. However, 2 negative issues. Arranged to collect car on Sunday morning shortly after they opened at 10:00 am., however, car was not available and still in the Workshop, which is not on the same site. We had to wait about 20 minutes before car arrived. When I agreed to purchase the car I had paid for £30.00 of fuel, but after leaning with car I realised the car had not been fuelled. Contacted dealer and now awaiting cheque for £30.00. However, this would not put me off using this dealer again.

I had been thinking of changing my Citroen Zsara Picasso for a while. Decision made when my daughter showed me her 1.5dci Tekna Qashqai that she had just puirchased. A lengthy search on Autotrader revealed a low mileage, high spec Qashqai at Country Car, Barford, Warwick. We went there earlier this week where we met Kevin and George. Both extremely friendly and helpful. At first I was slightly disappointed at the trade in for my Picasso however, Kevin worked his magic and a deal was struck that I was very happy with. Having gone to Country Car intending to drive the Qashqai away if a deal could be done, when the deal was done, I was persuaded to leave it for a couple of days so that it could be serviced. Can't ask for more than that. I cannot recommend Country Car highly enough. I would definitely go back for my next car.
