Over time the Air-Conditioning system will lose some of its gas and unless its replaced your system will become less able to keep you cool and refreshed.
An Air-Conditioning system can lose up to 10% of its gas each year, so a service every 2 years is recommended. Every 12 months you should have a refresh to keep bacteria and nasty odours at bay.
Brake fluid must withstand operating temperatures of up to 230°C but over time absorbs water which boils at 100°C. As the water boils, it turns to compressible vapor which means you won't be able to brake as efficiently
Because it absorbs moisture over time, brake fluid must be replaced at year 2 and every 2 yearsafter that, irrespective of the mileage
The cambelt is one of the hardest working components in your engine. It's a rubber-toothed belt that drives major parts of the engine and keeps everything synchronized. Changing it prevents snaps, cracks and tears which in turn minimizes the risk of major engine damage. Whilst the cambelt has been removed, we would also recommend changing the water pump at the same time, for additional cost savings.
