I have recently part exchanged my car at Great Central. This is the first time that I have done this and was anticipating it to be very stressful. It wasn't at all! The sales team, especially Lewis, who I mainly dealt with, were fantastic and very friendly. Lewis very clearly explained the whole process that would be involved with buying and selling a car, most of which he either did for me or helped and advised me with. Lewis was also excellent in clearly explaining all the features of my new car. The service department, especially Andrea and Manny (sorry if the spelling is not correct), were also brilliant in transferring my service plan - adjusting it to my needs and making the whole process easy. Lewis, Chris and all of the team are really friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable team. My husband and I went to have a look at a car. I had a look at reviews before hand and what appealed for me to visit was the reoccurring comment about no pressure selling. I am pleased to announce it was true, met Lewis who was incredibly knowledgeable about the car, talked through all the settings. We went to pick up the next week, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Car was very clean, Lewis made sure we were happy with everything and off we went. The service from this Vauxhall is great, whether it is customer service, or standard MOT/servicing to your car I have never had an issue, I purchased my car here back in 2019 and even received curtesy calls over the years to see how the car is. After my three years of not needed an MOT and continuously having my service here during that period.
